Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the upcoming budget will materialize the slogan of ‘Prosperous Nepal: Happy Nepalis.’ Talking on Nepal Television’s live program ‘Direct Conversation with PM’ on Saturday evening, PM Oli clarified that the policies and programs would be implemented through the budget. He added that the policies and programs is part continuity of the past, partly new and ambitious to expedite the developmental activities. Similarly, PM Oli said that the opposition party criticized the policies and programs saying that it was the continuity of the past and ambitious as it did not get any other subject on the policies and programs to comment upon. Responding the queries of the public on contemporary and political issues in the program, PM Oli urged all to cooperate to implement the constitution. He also said that if there was any genuine dissatisfaction over the delineation of province that could be discussed for the resolution. He declared that the government would hold the parliamentary election by the end of January 2018. Meanwhile, PM Oli directed the Supply Secretary Shreedhar Sapkota to ease the supplies. Responding to a query posed by a farmer if there were any programmers in upcoming budget benefitting the farmers, PM Oli replied that the upcoming budget incorporates modernization and commercialization of agriculture. He reassured the caller that the upcoming budget will certainly get applaud from those involved in agriculture sector as the budget aims reform in agriculture.
