EgyptAir flight MS804 , which was carrying 66 people, was on route from Paris to Cairo when it is believed to have crashed in the Mediterranean, according to Egyptian aviation officials
Among the victims was Briton Richard Osman, who had just become a dad for the second time, and was travelling to Egypt for work
The Egyptian military say they have found plane wreckage and passenger belongings 180 miles north of Alexandria – EgyptAir confirmed this was from their plane
The plane took off from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport at 11.09pm and went missing at 2.45am on route to Cairo International . Greek Defence Minister Panos Kammenos said the Airbus swerved 90 degrees to the left, spun through 360 degrees to the right and plunged from 37,000 feet to 15,000 before vanishing from Greek radar screens
